Location : Village of River Oaks, an Independent and Assisted Living senior community with Memory Care

Pay Rate : $15.00 / hr.

Schedule : Saturday & Sunday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles.
  • Ensure smooth and safe traffic flow in the driveway area.
  • Help residents and guests get in and out of vehicles safely.
  • Properly label, track, and return vehicle keys to their owners.
  • Assist residents and guests with their belongings.
  • Help residents with mobility devices as needed.
  • Observe all traffic laws and practice safe driving techniques.
  • Immediately report any accidents or vehicle damage to the Executive Director or Manager on Duty.
  • Assist the concierge with resident deliveries.
  • Maintain a safe driving record that meets company guidelines and insurance requirements.
  • Report any potentially unsafe conditions to the Executive Director.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene as per company policies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; must have at least 1 year as a licensed driver and be 21 years old.
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, and rain.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to solve problems, display good judgment, and pay attention to detail.
  • Pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record, and drug screen required.
