Key Responsibilities Edit and deliver high-quality video assets optimized for various paid social platforms Design static images and GIFs for paid social, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines Collaborate with teams to iterate on creative based on performance insights and manage multiple projects Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or creative production 2+ years producing creative specifically for paid social channels at consumer goods brands Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with UGC creatives and adapting them for performance marketing preferred Prior DTC or agency experience is strongly preferred
