About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading underground utility construction company to hire a seasoned Vice President of Administration . This executive-level role is critical to driving administrative excellence, financial discipline, and operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep industry expertise and a hands-on approach to managing complex operations and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align administrative functions with organizational goals
Contribute to high-level planning, decision-making, and long-term business strategy
Monitor financial health and drive cost-efficiency initiatives across departments
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and best practices
Manage contract negotiations and monitor project budgets and timelines
Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and performance across all teams
Prepare and present performance and operational reports to the executive team and board
Requirements
Proven leadership in operations, finance, and organizational development
Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal frameworks, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
