The VP, North America Sales will provide visionary, hunter-minded sales leadership for a team of talented sales professionals. Working closely with Services, Product, Finance, other Sales (Global Agency and Retail Media), and Marketing teams, the VP will develop, drive, and execute the strategy that generates significant revenue growth across our key demand partners.
A strong, entrepreneurial sales leader with significant management experience, they will possess a deep network within the agency ecosystem and an intimate knowledge of how to lead, coach, and mentor a growing team of directors and individual contributors.
Our Operating Principles (VP Focus)
- Deliver Results / Win as a Team : You are focused on setting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets and KPIs. Your leadership must ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales goals, working collaboratively across all TripleLift departments (Product, Services, Operations) to win major accounts.
- Embrace and Drive Change : You will champion innovative strategies for new product adoption (especially CTV, Retail Media, and Data), and actively challenge the status quo of traditional media buying.
- Own Your Piece, Know the Puzzle : You will take full accountability for the execution and revenue performance of the HoldCo business unit. This means setting a clear strategy, being accountable for outcomes, and ensuring the team's approach aligns with the broader TripleLift global objectives.
- Raise the Bar : You will bring a rigorous approach to deal structure, forecasting, and team performance, ensuring all Go-to-Market efforts and client interactions are executed with precision and set a high standard for the Demand organization.
