Warehouse Associate - Decoration Division

Our client is one of Cincinnati's largest private companies and a leader in the corporate

incentives industry. We offer a full range of services to our corporate customers with a focus on product

procurement, decoration management, product warehousing, and order fulfillment.

We're seeking a Warehouse Associate in our Decoration Division to support our distribution center.

Primary duties include picking, unpacking, staging and re-packaging products, and preparing products

for shipment. Other decoration duties may include updating the decoration production calendar and

printing or engraving responsibilities.

At times, warehouse duties may be assigned that include assembling kits, loading / unloading product,

stocking and maintaining warehouse inventory. This position requires attention to detail, organized

work habits, good attendance, and a service attitude toward customers.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • ? Package products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling) and unpacking boxes.
  • ? Unpack, stage and repack product.
  • ? Load finished product onto truck.
  • ? Unload product from truck.
  • ? Move product to warehouse storage.
  • ? Break down boxes.
  • ? Responsible for quality control.
  • ? Operate within standard operating procedures and job safety rules.
  • ? Clean and maintain work area.
  • ? Assembling kits.
  • ? Ensure order accuracy by inspecting orders.
  • ? Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience :

  • ? 1-3 years warehouse experience
  • ? Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high

    • school diploma or equivalent

    Physical Requirements :

  • ? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required

    • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $17.00 - $17.00 Per Hour
