Summary / objective

The warehouse employee is responsible for always providing excellent customer service.

Essential functions

Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

  • Responsible for loading customer’s flooring purchases either by forklift or by hand, as needed.
  • Off load and receive product into the inventory system, then call / email customers in a timely manner of its arrival.
  • Complete pick up and receiving paperwork accurately and tag products and pallets accordingly.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts to insure accurate inventory.
  • Store maintenance and cleaning including maintaining an organized and clean warehouse, showroom, and property.
  • Receive deliveries from vendors and MDC or CDC.
  • Offloading trucks as they arrive.

  • Ability to work on feet for long hours
  • Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
  • Experience shipping, receiving, or selling related products

  • Forklift certification is beneficial for unloading large shipments
