Warranty Clerk Las Vegas Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the transportation industry? Are you a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills? If so, then we have the perfect job for you! We’re currently hiring a Warranty Clerk in Las Vegas, NV! Transdev is proud to offer :
- Competitive compensation package of minimum $75,000 – maximum $79,500 Benefits include :
- Vacation : minimum of two (2) weeks
- Holidays : 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating
- Other standard benefits : 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability. Key Responsibilities :
- Manages the warranty process in accordance with company policy and within the parameters established by the manufacturers. Claims need to be filed in a timely manner.
- Performs periodic audits of maintenance systems to ensure claims are getting flagged for potential warranty. Reports discrepancies to the warranty director to modify the warranty agreements.
- Identifies product deficiencies and failure trends and communicates this information to the Technical Department. Tracks TSR reports as they relate to warranty.
- Maintains database of all warranty claims and their current status. Proper follow-up with manufacturers on aged claims.
- Works in partnership with the technical team to ensure the timely processing of recalls and campaigns.
- Work closely with maintenance staff (DOM, MMS, Parts Managers and Maintenance Supervisors) to follow up on warranty questions and gather additional information required to process claims promptly.
