Renewals Manager (Virtual Renewals Manager)
Emerge delivers best-in-class renewals services embedded within leading technology organizations. The Renewals Manager (Virtual Renewals Manager) plays a critical role in securing recurring revenue through proactive contract lifecycle management. This role manages the full renewals cycle, driving retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction while collaborating across internal sales teams and partner organizations.
This position supports the Mid-Market and SMB customer segments, overseeing a portfolio of software and services renewals and executing a high-volume, high-velocity sales motion.
This is a contract role with a pay range of $50,000 $60,000 USD annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewals cycle for an assigned book of business, including pipeline management, forecasting, quoting, and deal closure.
- Maintain a rolling 120-day forecast, delivering high forecast accuracy (>
90%) and ensuring CRM data hygiene.
