Summary
The ITS Enterprise Spatial & Mobility Solutions (ES&MS) team is responsible for supporting SRP’s on-premise and cloud GIS and CAD platforms, including the development, configuration, and support of departmental and enterprise geo-spatial software solutions.
The ES&MS solutions portfolio includes over 30 different custom GIS software applications and over 20 GIS integrations (Maximo, SAP, AZ811, etc.).
Highlights
Supported GIS / CAD platforms include Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and GE Smallworld.
The selected ES&MS Manager will assist with leading a team of GIS analysts and software developers, as they develop and support solutions that are aligned with SRP’s corporate objectives.
What You'll Do
Assist with setting employee objectives that are aligned with SRP’s organizational goals
Leverage SRP’s employee development processes to help the team develop key competencies and skills
Time sheet oversight and approvals
Support and promotion of our “team first” culture
Work as part of the ES&MS leadership team to review, prioritize, and assign work
Leverage the established ES&MS agile methodology to deliver solutions better & faster
Work with ES&MS Solutions Architects to assist with the architecture of geo-spatial software solutions and to associated business processes
Develop and maintain trusted partnerships and business acumen, for internal customers that we support
Develop, configure, and support value-added geo-spatial business solutions
Work with the ES&MS leadership team and ITS Enterprise architects to develop, promote, and enforce standards and best practices as it relates to the use of SRP’s GIS data and technologies

Experience
A minimum of seven years of related experience is required (if no degree, 11 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling 11 years).
Education
A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
