Acquire and Maintain Customers Compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes Implement sales and marketing programs Decipher, prepare and review financial statements and store reports Ensure adequate availability of merchandise at all times Fill out paperwork for submission to corporate support Follow monthly marketing plans Maintain company vehicles within safe operating standards Managing inventory and cash assets Meeting company standards for quality, customer service and safety Meet and exceed target sales and revenue goals Implementing marketing and growth plans Prepare daily work schedules, assign tasks, evaluate employee performance; discipline, enforce company policy and terminate when appropriate Provide a safe, clean environment for customers and associates Recruit, hire, and train to ensure efficient operations Set goals and conduct weekly staff meetings Store Management Train and develop associates Any combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge are acceptable.
