We design and develop advanced, high-performance radio systems that provide reliable solutions for public safety, defense, and industrial applications. As we continue to innovate and expand our offerings, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our Lincoln, NE team and work out of the Lincoln office. This individual will play a pivotal role in the development of web-based applications that support our cutting-edge radio systems, ensuring seamless integration with various cloud services, databases, and middleware.

Essential Functions

Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications that integrate with radio systems and enhance system performance. Work on both frontend (React, Angular) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) technologies to build seamless, user-friendly interfaces and robust system functionality. Database Management : Design and optimize SQL databases to manage and process large sets of radio communications data. Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability. Experience with Oracle NetSuite integration is highly desirable to manage enterprise data flow. Cloud Integration & Azure Expertise : Utilize Microsoft Azure to build cloud-based solutions that integrate with on-premise radio systems. Implement Azure services to enhance security, scalability, and reliability in the delivery of mission-critical communications. Middleware Solutions : Design and implement middleware systems to connect disparate technologies, ensuring seamless data exchange between radio hardware, software, and cloud applications. Focus on maximizing operational efficiency across integrated platforms. SaaS Application Development : Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance Software as a Service (SaaS) applications that support the performance and analytics of radio systems, providing users with real-time data and insights. Project Management : Lead and coordinate development projects from concept through to deployment. Plan, track, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions while managing project timelines and resources effectively. Work across teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. Agile & Waterfall Methodologies : Lead development efforts in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Adapt to the needs of the project and guide the team to ensure successful delivery of features, system updates, and improvements. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews. Team Leadership & Mentorship : Provide guidance to junior developers and contribute to creating a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and foster continuous learning and development. Hands-on Development : Take an active role in coding and troubleshooting across the full stack, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions. Dive into complex technical challenges and deliver solutions that meet the needs of end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Extensive Full Stack Experience : Proven expertise in full-stack development, including front-end technologies (React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, C#, etc.). SQL Database Expertise : Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including designing and optimizing schemas for performance and scalability. Experience managing large datasets, particularly for radio communication systems. Cloud Integration (Azure) : Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services for cloud-based application development, deployment, and management. Knowledge of integrating on-premise systems with cloud solutions is highly beneficial. Oracle NetSuite Integration : Experience with Oracle NetSuite integration, particularly for managing business operations data. Knowledge of middleware and API management to connect enterprise systems is desirable. Middleware Technologies : Familiarity with middleware tools and technologies that allow seamless communication between various systems, including radio hardware, cloud applications, and enterprise data platforms. SaaS Application Development : Experience in developing and enhancing SaaS applications that offer high availability, scalability, and user-centric features. Project Management Experience : Strong background in managing software projects, developing roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between development teams and organizational objectives. Comfortable working with both Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges across the stack and radio communication systems. Leadership & Communication Skills : Effective leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Able to interact with cross-functional teams and lead development initiatives with a clear focus on quality and deadlines. Education & Certifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines. Familiarity with the development and integration of radio communication systems. Experience working with real-time data processing and performance analytics. Knowledge of additional cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
