Are you a product-minded builder who loves shaping ideas into reality with the help of AI? In this role, you’ll draft product requirements, vibecode lightweight prototypes, and refine prompts while collaborating with researchers, designers, and engineers to move concepts from early exploration to pilot-ready tools.

This role is an Embedded Consultant position, which means you’ll sit directly on the Microsoft Intelligent Platforms team to provide hands-on support. This remote engagement runs from about November 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with strong potential for renewal.

While you’ll spend most of your days working directly with your team at Microsoft, 2A offers multiple points of connection to support you in your role and career. We’ll meet with you and your manager regularly to see how we can support the engagement, and you’ll have opportunities to engage with 2A through working groups, community-building events, and professional development opportunities.

Activities

• Create clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation to guide design and development
• Plan and track project milestones to keep deliverables on course
• Build and test lightweight prototypes to explore and validate concepts
• Experiment with and refine prompts for AI-based interactions
• Support user research by preparing studies, gathering feedback, and synthesizing insights
• Collaborate closely with research, design, and engineering teams to move projects forward

$63 - $77 an hour
