About the Role :

As a Senior Product Manager, Web Growth , you will lead the strategy and execution for Tubi’s Web platform as a top-of-funnel growth engine. You’ll own the roadmap for improving high-intent entry points, optimizing search engine conversion, and driving mobile web users into the Tubi app for long-term retention.

You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Growth, SEO, and Engineering to turn the Web platform into a stronger driver of viewer acquisition and conversion. Your mission is to grow Tubi’s engaged user base by enhancing discoverability, optimizing the first-time user experience, and guiding millions of new users into their next favorite stream.

What You'll Do :

• Own the Web Growth roadmap : Define strategy, OKRs, and success metrics for initiatives that improve conversion,account creation, and mobile web-to-app migration.
• Redesign high-intent entry points : Lead improvements to Search, Details, and Category pages to better communicate Tubi’s value props, surface relevant content, and increase user conversion.
• Optimize search engine conversion : Deliver technical and product enhancements like server-side rendering, indexable content, and keyword targeting to drive paid and organic traffic growth.
• Guide mobile web-to-app migration : Design value-led flows and strategic friction that seamlessly convert high-intent mobile web users into app downloads and long-term engagement.
• Experiment and iterate : Partner with Data Science to design and analyze A / B tests, uncover insights, and scale successful features across the platform.
• Drive cross-functional alignment : Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, SEO, and Growth Marketing to ship impactful initiatives on time and at high quality.
• Champion the user : Advocate for new users by ensuring frictionless onboarding, transparent value messaging, and a trustworthy streaming experience.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

$143,500 - $205,000 USD
