As a Nurse with us you will assume responsibility and accountability for facilitating communicating and collaborating with both the healthcare team and the patient / family to identify and meet the physical emotional and spiritual needs of the patient. You will promote the optimal health well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act and demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care organizational mission and core values.

Weekend Option Commitment & Differential

• RN Weekend Option position requires six month commitment to working weekend schedule. $10 / hr weekend option differential applies for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
• Previous OR Experience Required

Day to Day duties :

Ortho heavy Dept. totals / trauma / sports Medicine. Spine Ortho Spine w / navigation (STEALTH 7D) Podiatry Plastics Endo Cysto Urology GI Robotics (DaVinci XI / ROSA MAKO) Gen ENT Hands GYN Urology Bariatrics.

Associates are cross trained for all services no specialized service Teams.

Giving breaks and / or providing additional supplies and sterile instruments as needed during operations.

Assisting with Room turnover and restocking for next days cases.

Acting as an advocate for patient before during and after surgery

Approx. 600-700 cases per month

Schedule : 36hrs / week- 2 x 12-hour shifts- Saturday and Sunday. 3rd 12 hr shift during the week. TBD during interviews with OR manager.
