A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Weekends).

Key Responsibilities

Manage client repair and maintenance needs and ensure superior client satisfaction

Handle customer calls and email requests, managing scheduling and service completion

Assist the Team Lead with reporting, escalations, and training team members

Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma required

4+ years of customer service experience preferred

Experience as a CSRIII is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Undergraduate degree or internship preferred
