Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Welder and Fabricator, where you will play a crucial role in interpreting blueprints and assembling metal components through various welding techniques. This position requires proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to ensure the highest quality of work.

Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding as required.
• Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication machinery.
• Inspect completed welds and structures to ensure quality and compliance.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work Environment

The work environment includes using various technologies such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding equipment, grinders, and torches. Work hours are flexible with shifts starting from 4pm to 4am, 5-5, 6-6, or 7-7, with a $3 shift differential for the second shift. This role requires working 48-55 hours a week in a safety-first, organized workspace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00 / hr.
