About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated, people-oriented Client Growth Advisor to join our expanding team. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone who values flexibility, purpose-filled work, and rewards that reflect performance.

You will support clients from their first inquiry through their journey in our online wellness and performance pathways, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and encouraged at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to explore our training programs and services

Support new clients with onboarding, scheduling, and next steps

Maintain communication throughout their journey to offer guidance and encouragement

Coordinate with facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of our programs

Track client milestones, feedback, and progress

Provide a positive experience that reflects our brands values of integrity, support, and empowerment

Experience in wellness services, online learning, client support, or consulting

Excellent communication skills and natural relationship-building ability

The ability to self-manage and work independently

Confidence with virtual tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
