Overview :
We are currently seeking a Level 2 Server Administrator to support infrastructure operations in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in server management across both Windows and Linux platforms, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and have experience with Microsoft Teams Calling. This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical IT infrastructure systems and contribute to enterprise-grade operations. Key Responsibilities :
- Install and configure server hardware, operating systems, and software.
- Administer and maintain both Windows and Linux servers.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by users or monitoring systems.
- Conduct routine backups and develop disaster recovery plans.
- Enforce system security measures such as access controls, firewalls, and encryption.
- Perform system upgrades and roll out new hardware or OS versions.
- Document internal processes, technical guides, and system configurations.
- Train staff on server-related tools and technologies as needed.
