What You Will Do :

• Support the CMM Programming technical team in ensuring product and process compliance by providing CMM Programming solutions per our quality systems and requirements
• Complete CMM Programming related requests
• Foster and maintain a cooperative relationship with Module Center departments including other Quality and Manufacturing personnel
• Drive product and process improvements
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through use of CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) tools (Standard Work, DIVE {Define, Investigate, Verify, Ensure}, mistake proofing, etc.)
• Participate in the implementation of new inspection technologies that achieve process, reliability and productivity improvements. Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), supporting real-time visibility into schedule and material status.

What You Will Bring :

Pay Range : $65,000 - $80,000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements :

This role is considered an on-site position located in Columbus, GA.

Travel Requirements :

Due to the nature of the work, 5% of travel is required.

Citizenship Requirement :

Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
