Pitney Bowes is now hiring for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in our North Las Vegas, NV Presort facility! Salary range : $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 annual salary + 6% field bonus. As part of our commitment to a flexible work schedule, this role does not have a set amount of vacation per year.

3rd Shift : Monday - Friday, 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor you will work with the team to meet the company's productivity standards and requirements. This helps our clients earn the best possible discounts on First-Class and Standard postage with our presort services. Under direction from the Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager, organizes the mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes and type of mail based on current staffing levels to meet postal deadlines.

Responsibilities include :

• Overseeing the production workers on designated shift.
• Overseeing quality function throughout the production area.
• Assisting Operations Manager in completing required reports.
• Offering suggestions regarding increasing efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pitney Bowes Presort Services performs mail sorting; performing some of the work that would typically be performed by the USPS. For completing this work, Presort Services receives discounted postage rates. By performing this sorting work on behalf of our clients, we are able to share a portion of that discount with them. Our national network of operating centers processes over 17 billion pieces of mail annually. We provide mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick-up at their location into delivery into the postal system network, providing optimal postage savings.
