Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed electricians with electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs.- Organize and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.- Learn to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics under supervision.- Support troubleshooting and testing of electrical systems.- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas on all job sites.- Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.- Document work completed, materials used, and hours worked.- Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion. Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.- Apprentice Certification Required.- 2+ years of electrical experience preferred.- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.- Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment.- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety practices.- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
