LaSalle Network is partnering with a multi-location recycling leader to hire a Controller who will own the financial operations for multiple sites across six states. In this role, you'll manage accounting teams, streamline workflows, and partner with ownership to keep our operations running at peak efficiency. This is a great fit for a seasoned accounting professional who enjoys both strategic oversight and rolling up their sleeves.

Controller Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly accounting workflows and checklists
• Lead month-end close and review financial statements for accuracy
• Supervise, coach, and develop accounting staff across locations
• Conduct performance reviews and manage hiring / training processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices
• Analyze trends and variances, implementing cost-saving strategies
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts for assigned sites
• Support special projects for ownership and senior management
