You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

10k to 15k - 5% retroactive
15k to 17k - 7% retroactive
20k+ - 10% retroactive (uncapped)

Compensation is typically offered as base plus commission and will depend on the agency and your experience.
