A client of ours is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ALD Claims Assistant (Temporary) to join our Claims team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the initial investigation, evaluation, and processing of claims for CPI, VSI, and GAP. This is a non-licensed position supporting claims review, closure tasks, and total loss processing.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Initial Claim Review (40%)
- Evaluate the appropriate application of coverage by utilizing the tracking system for assigned claims.
- Review and ensure all initial claim documentation has been appropriately submitted.
- Request and follow up on additional documentation, if necessary, to process claims efficiently.
- Conduct thorough reviews of claims to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
2. Claims Closure Tasks (40%)
3. Total Loss, Salvage, and Claim Support (20%)
