A highly regarded AV-rated defense firm is currently seeking experienced Workers Compensation Defense Attorneys to join their growing legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Defend employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in worker's compensation claims.

Handle cases from inception through resolution, including depositions, hearings, and trials.

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

Provide legal analysis and strategic advice on case exposure and compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage caseload efficiently.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in the relevant state (Nevada preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation defense (preferred).

Strong litigation, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with professionalism and precision.
