In this role, you'll be part of a skilled crew specializing in the installation of insulated metal panels (IMPs) and the construction of cold storage facilities. Key Responsibilities- Assist with the construction, installation, and maintenance of cold storage facilities and insulated metal panels (IMPs).- Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.- Safely operate hand and power tools.- Support site supervisors and crew members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality standards.- Follow all company safety regulations and OSHA requirements.- Travel to job sites within the Bay Area and nationwide as needed.- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.- Participate in site inspections and maintenance checks. Qualifications- High school diploma or GED preferred.- No prior experience required—construction or labor experience is a plus.- Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods.- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.- Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety-first mindset.- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
