Key Responsibilities

Advise on Best Practices

Recommend efficient configurations, workflows, and customizations tailored to your firm's structure

Solve and Teach

Proactively troubleshoot issues and empower others with training, documentation, and self-service tools

Drive Platform Adoption

Boost usage across teams by rolling out new features, identifying process improvements, and increasing visibility of platform value

Stay Current and Educate Your Team

Stay up-to-date on Filevine product releases and updates (LEX, milestone releases, and continuous product updates) and train your staff on new features

Support Onboarding / Offboarding

Own the tech side of employee transitions, ensuring each team member is equipped to succeed in Filevine

Identify Workflow Inefficiencies

Audit and improve your current processes by aligning Filevine's tools with your operational goals

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Filevine or similar legal technology platforms

Strong understanding of legal workflows, compliance, and client service standards

Proficiency with SaaS tools, system integrations, and process automation

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Outstanding communication abilities for training, support, and change management

Passion for solving problems, driving adoption, and empowering teams with technology

Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, or paralegal role is a bonus

Compensation Information : $45 / hr

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual's location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine's total compensation package for employees. This position is also eligible for a paid time off policy, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
