Experience in identifying analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation for various systems services and business processes Experience in assessing data quality on various data sources and coordinating with Business & IT in the correction of source data or creation of translation sources where applicable Experience in authenticating and interpreting data based on results using a variety of techniques ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and be a member of a multi-function team Experience in implementing Energy Management solutions (Preferred) Bachelors degree in CS MIS Math Statistics or related field or equivalent with around 6 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation. Additionally must possess a strong ability to collaborate and communicate with IT product team and operations teams and all stakeholders to identify change barriers track adoption metrics and ensure sustained platform usage.
- Analyze the customer data and create a hierarchy for Organizations Facilities Accounts and meters
- Analyze the existing hierarchy and propose changes to improve the overall data quality.
- Create detailed design documents for the development teams use on new or existing customer integrations
- Update the DevOps tasks and assist the business in prioritizing the tasks in sprints
- Develop test cases and test the data in the QA environment
- Support Energy Cap BSNY and other data integrations
- Strong Ability to collaborate and communicate with IT product team and operations teams and all stakeholders to identify change barriers track adoption metrics and ensure sustained platform usage.
