Now Hiring : Data Center Material Handler | Hutto, TX (Near Austin)

Nexeo HR is actively hiring a Data Center Material Handler to support logistics, inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations for a leading Data Center facility in Hutto, TX. This role suits candidates with strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills. Candidates must have prior inventory experience using RF Scanners, SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), pallet jack, barcode scanning, and / or logistics coordination. Responsibilities

• Inspect Shipments : Accurately receive and inspect incoming materials such as server components, networking equipment, and other IT-related inventory.
• Inventory Control : Maintain precise inventory records in software systems, conduct audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure materials are organized.
• Material Handling : Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move inventory safely and efficiently.
• Assembly & Preparation : Assemble small components and server racks, including power supplies, networking hardware, and cabling, ensuring adherence to blueprint specifications.
• Shipping & Receiving : Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments by coordinating with vendors and other team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Documentation & Reporting : Update inventory logs, track shipments, and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Workplace Organization : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to resolve material needs and optimize inventory flow.
• Utilize Tools : Use RF scanners, SAP, and WMS software to track and update inventory records, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow Standard Procedures : Follow company policies and adhere to industry standards for the safe handling, storage, and transportation of IT equipment.

Schedule

Full-Time | Day Shift | 7 : 00am – 4 : 00pm | Monday - Friday
