Oracle Database Engineer

On our team, you'll administer, test, and implement computer databases which may include coordinating computer database changes, implementing security measures to safeguard computer databases, and maintaining databases within an application area. You'll provide your client with peace of mind as you implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the database. With your technical expertise, mentoring, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we'll focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. You Have :

• 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and patching Oracle Products, such as Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Database, Oracle Multitenant, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle HTTP Server and Oracle Identity Management
• Experience administering Oracle Products, including activities, such as implementing security measures and applying STIGs, data backup, restoration, export, cloning, and management of users, storage, listeners, parameter tuning, and memory management
• Experience with deployments and deployment plans, servers, certificates and encryption keys, and configure all dependent files for WebLogic Server
• Ability to provide support for complex issues troubleshooting and root cause analysis on the above listed Oracle products
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) Certification
• DoD Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT II) or higher Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
