Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative will initiate, locate, and solicit new customer accounts and will provide qualified leads to our Regional Sales Team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will also be responsible for managing the initial sales process for MatrixCare's industry leading EHR solutions. Responsibilities
- Work as a partner with our Sales team comprised of industry experts to establish selling strategies and tactics that result in account business generation
- Schedule and complete weekly prospecting activities, to include cold calling and follow-up activities
- Generate interest in MatrixCare Solutions through outbound calls and relationship management activities
- Develop and sustain knowledge of MatrixCare's offerings and associated technologies
- Build and maintain ongoing rapport with key individuals at customer locations
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets on a consistent basis
- Track and enter daily sales activities and leads into Salesforce
Qualifications and Experience

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan with a target of $13,568 annually.
At MatrixCare, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is :
20.17 - 30.25 USD Hourly
