High Net Worth Personal Lines Producer

Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to : Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates Prospects, qualifies, and closes new accounts which meet IMA Select / IMA Private Client criteria to meet annual sales goals Develops and nurtures productive relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering an environment of cooperation and teamwork to drive organizational success Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and leveraging internal resources and utilizing available tools and platforms to ensure the best possible client experience Demonstrates strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance within the team Identifies target industry and / or market segment (small commercial or private client) to focus network building, prospecting and development of specialized knowledge and expertise on common coverage situations and industry trends Engages prospects by asking qualifying questions to determine their specific needs and preferences, enabling tailored solutions and fostering productive client relationships Proactively identifies and coordinates cross selling opportunities with other sales units at IMA Enters and maintains all required information in Salesforce CRM In partnership with an Account Servicing team, maintains client contacts to assure account retention Required experience and skills include but are not limited to : 4 or more years of sales experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Must either currently hold or attain Property & Casualty, and / or Personal Lines, Crop licenses for the appropriate state of business and fulfill continuing education requirements to retain licensing Track record of exceeding sales expectations demonstrated through documentation, recognition, or through specific examples shared during the interview process Experience in Commercial Insurance and or Personal Insurance preferred but not required, with preference given to expertise in both Small Commercial Property & Casualty and / or Private Client experience Basic experience with MS Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel required, intermediate aptitude preferred Good written and verbal communication skills Must be able to travel to various job sites as required. Must be in good standing with the state motor vehicle division if driving is required for the role.
