You’ll join Slalom’s global team of strategists, researchers, designers, and technologists. This team is dedicated to achieving strategic goals, investing in the future, and driving innovation. Your role will involve working with diverse teams to develop modern, composable digital experiences using cutting-edge front-end technologies and API-first platforms.

We are seeking a skilled full-stack Drupal developer with at least 3 years of experience developing and maintaining advanced, enterprise-level Drupal web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development, coupled with a deep understanding of Drupal’s architecture and best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Website Development : Develop and configure complex Drupal applications, using commonly used features provided by Drupal core and contributed modules.
• Front-End Development : Create responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, in custom Drupal themes.
• Back-End Development : Build robust custom modules and integrate them with Drupal core and contributed modules.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization : Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities in Drupal applications.
• Collaboration : Work closely with UX / UI designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Code Reviews and Best Practices : Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly rate will be $60 to $75 / hr depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
