Vaco is seeking an experienced Sr. Financial Planning Reporting Analyst for a thriving organization located in the Tempe Area.

Responsibilities include :

Financial Forecasting & Reporting : Develop and maintain Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasts, monitor bank covenant performance, and assist in various reporting efforts for different departments.

Compliance & Accuracy : Ensure accurate regulatory filings, data integrity, and collaboration with accounting for accurate financial reporting.

Process Improvement & Automation : Support process enhancements, streamline reporting templates using Excel and Adaptive Planning, and drive automation within the FP&A function.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting.

MBA or CPA preferred but not required

Advanced Excel skills are required.

Deep understanding of financial statement relationships, particularly Balance Sheet and Cash Flow is required.

Experience with financial modeling and cash forecasting is required.
