Failure Analysis Engineer

Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer at our office in Milpitas, CA.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for failure analysis on customer and internal FAs.
• Perform bench / CT electrical test for both Discrete and IC products.  Responsible for root cause analysis.
• Interface with Design / Product Engineering / Reliability on FA issues.  Publish FA reports in a timely manner.
