job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGreet and assist all clients, caregivers / nurses, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming calls and messages to the appropriate staff members Schedule office calendar appointments and book office conference rooms Maintain accurate and organized audit records and documentation Coordinate and assist with office & field staff supply inventory Handle and resolve client and caregiver inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure proper workflow is maintained when transferring incoming calls and written communication Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, faxing, and copying Keep reception area and lobby clean and orderly at all times Be in charge of the office social committee group Adhere to all company policies and procedures High school diploma or equivalent Pass a background check and maintain criminal background clearance throughout DHC employment due to nature of services provided Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation Previous experience in customer service and / or administrative role in a homecare / home health setting preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English / Spanish) Negative TB test within 30 days of hire CPR & First Aid certificate within 30 days of hire Monday- Friday, 8AM-5 : 30PM Weekends on occasions for company events
Pay Rate : $18-20 per hour

The Home Health Front Desk Clerk at Desire Home Care, Inc. is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to clients, caregivers / nurses, and office staff members.
The individual in this role will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.
This is a full-time, hourly position located in Riverside, California.
