Job Title : Epoxy Flooring Installer / Technician

Schedule : Monday-Friday with possible Saturday work hours vary depending on the day

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. The installer will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying epoxy coatings on residential, commercial, or industrial floors. This position requires experience with surface preparation, mixing and applying resin materials, and ensuring high-quality, long-lasting finishes.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, shot blasting, or scarifying to ensure proper epoxy adhesion

Repair cracks, joints, and surface imperfections before coating

Mix epoxy resins and hardeners to precise ratios

Apply epoxy coatings, primers, and sealers using rollers, squeegees, trowels, or spray equipment

Ensure proper curing and finishing according to manufacturer specifications

Follow all safety guidelines, including handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Communicate with clients or supervisors to understand project specifications

Keep job sites clean and organized

Perform quality control checks throughout each phase of the installation

Requirements :

Proven experience installing epoxy, polyurethane, or other resin-based flooring systems

Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and equipment (grinders, shot blasters, etc.)

Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, or job specifications

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (including standing, kneeling, or lifting 50+ lbs)
