POSITION : Machine Operator

LOCATION : Dexter, MI

COMPENSATION :

2nd Shift - $16.75 Hourly

SHIFTS / HOURS :

2nd Shift -2 : 00pm-10 : 00pm ( with two 15 minute breaks or a ½ hour. If you leave the building you must punch out and will not be paid for that break)

POSITION OVERVIEW :

  • Machine operator
  • Injection molding
  • Deliver empty pallets or baskets.
  • Record materials moved from floor to inventory.
  • Check in received materials. Verify quantity and goods received.
  • Deliver received materials to the appropriate predefined locations.
  • Running and inspecting our thermoformed parts.
  • During the part cycle we also include a second operation of drilling, deburring, sawing and routing.
  • Work though our lunch taking two fifteen-minute breaks a shift.

Our experienced team of thermoforming professionals provides our customers with Concept, Design, Prototype and Manufacturing for Automation Trays, Returnable and Disposable Packaging in standard and special plastic materials, like ESD and ABS / TPU(non shaving), etc.

    Our thermoformed trays exceed the quality, finish and accuracy of injection molding, at a fraction of the cost of injection molding tooling, faster delivery and cost effective even for smaller quantities. Our thermoforming process is cost effective on large quantities, using multiple cavity tooling, as well as small quantities, with fast delivery.

    We service a wide range of customers, from fortune 500 companies to smaller OEMs to start-ups, in many industries, including Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, Medical, etc. We are your reliable partner in solving difficult packaging requirements from start to finish, delivering the right product at the right price, on time.
