The Software Engineer QA / QC will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases. They will perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure that software meets functional and performance requirements. The engineer will work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and ensure the overall quality and reliability of the software throughout the development lifecycle.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in software products.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new features.
• Participate in the design and review of software testing strategies and processes.
• Ensure software meets performance, reliability, and security standards.
• Prepare and present test reports and summaries to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
