We Are Hiring!Position : Structural Steel CNC Machine Operator Location : Clackamas, OR Pay : $23.00 – $32.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule : Full-time | 40–50 hours / week | Overtime available Who We Are We are teaming up with a local steel fabrication company who specialize in structural steel for high-voltage transmission and substation infrastructure. What You’ll Do Operate CNC Machines : Set up and run Angle Master, Plate Burner, and Beamline systems for cutting, drilling, punching, and marking steel. Handle Materials : Use overhead cranes and forklifts to load and unload raw and finished materials. Perform Quality Checks : Inspect components using calipers, micrometers, and blueprints to ensure precision and adherence to specifications. Conduct Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance, report equipment issues, and assist in mechanical troubleshooting. Collaborate with the Team : Work alongside foremen, programmers, and other team members to meet production targets and support process improvements.
