Job Title

Supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of purchased applications or application frameworks. Participates in the design configuration, problem diagnosis, maintenance, and installation of application systems and / or user group profiles. Validates system functionality after changes.

Applicant will work with third party application that monitors the health of the USBANK Retail ATM fleet.

Primary Responsibilities Will Include :

• Monitoring of extensive background services responsible for messaging and transaction processing.
• Understanding and becoming an expert in the application to perform administration functions that are extensive.
• Working with senior developers and assisting in comprehensive testing of changes. Document, understand testing, test case documentation.
• Working and providing feedback to third party vendor as needed to perform the job. Application dashboard creation and reporting creation using internal application tools or approved USBANK external reporting tools.
• Sharing On Call responsibilities with team-mates. One week out of 5.

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
