Facility Administrator (Open)
Location : Cheshire, CT (ATS) - Management
How will you contribute and grow?
Dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Administrator (FA) sought to join the Airgas team in an "onsite" role, reporting directly to the Facility Manager. This role is crucial for executing and supporting core business functions including purchasing, receiving, billing, sales transaction orders, inventory management and monthly budget reviews. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of financial accounting processes, be proficient in ERP systems, and have the ability to develop clear documentation and present information effectively across multiple levels of the organization. The FA will provide administrative support to functional groups and contribute towards achievement of key business objectives.

Excellent written, interpersonal, oral communication and presentation skills
Competent with Google Suite, MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project
Must be a team player in a dynamic, fast paced environment w / everchanging priorities
Ability to interface with vendors, contractors, engineers & customers (internal & external).
Knowledge of R&D, Manufacturing & Project Management processes
