Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices. Verifies insurance coverage for patients. Collects patient payments. Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace. Other duties as assigned. Position Summary :
The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes. This individual will work in collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) to carry out efficient clinic procedures. The PCC-I position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
Responsibilities :
Collect all money due at the time of service
Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
Manage schedule efficiently
o Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates.
