Job Description

CoBank is looking for an Associate Principal Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about technology and has a solid history of addressing complex business issues. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative dynamic environment and values inclusivity. As an Associate Principal Full Stack Engineer at CoBank you will be responsible for employing secure resilient and scalable web applications while keeping up with the latest technological trends. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the timely delivery of top-notch software products while maintaining a high standard of quality. Key responsibilities include assisting in the design and development of CoBanks new and existing applications using React Typescript Node AWS and Containerization ensuring quality through test automation with Playwright and providing production support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in these technologies and the ability to meaningfully contribute to a team delivering modern solutions.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $131100 - $177038. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge skills expertise and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
