Job Description :

A Program Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology will provide a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program to include tracking Travel, uploading all deliverables as it applies to the contract Project Work Statement (PWS), Management of records.

• Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual / project requirements for assigned program
• Participate in establishing and defining program requirements
• Participate in team meetings, teleconferences, working group meetings, program management reviews and technical reviews. Coordinate efforts with the appropriate technical and / or programmatic experts to ensure a complete and quality product.
• Produce meeting minutes and track contract deliverables for submission to customer
• Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
• Drafting new or revised policies and procedures to include workflow through SharePoint.
• Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
• May perform business development activities
