Job Description / Skills : This position requires the candidate to work onsite in the Seattle, WA office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Work remotely on Monday and Friday. Position Summary : ? Our client is going through a multi-year transformational journey for Human Capital Management systems. The HCM Program is currently seeking a contractor who has system cutover experience. The Program Delivery / Cutover Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the end-to-end cutover strategy for the HCM Program, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to the new UKG-based HCM platform. This role bridges business, IT, and system implementor (SI) teams to align all stakeholders on timing, dependencies, and readiness for go-live. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the master cutover plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource assignments across business, IT, and SI teams? Coordinate with data conversion, testing, integrations, and deployment teams to ensure alignment of cutover activities? Lead cutover rehearsals and mock runs to validate readiness and refine execution plans. Identify and mitigate risks related to system downtime, data integrity, and business continuity. Serve as the primary point of contact for all cutover-related communications and escalations. Collaborate with internal audit, legal, and IT governance to ensure compliance and control adherence? Provide post-cutover support planning, including hyper-care and issue triage coordination. Qualifications Proven experience leading cutover efforts in large-scale ERP or HCM implementations. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. Deep understanding of data conversion, system integration, and testing cycles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with UKG or similar HCM platforms is a plus. Pay Range : $72.00 – $82.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
