We are hiring an Assistant Teacher for our Extended Day Program at Guidepost Montessori Celebration Park.
Your Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher who has a passion for working with children ages 0 - 6.
The pay range for this role is $17-$19 per hour, and the position is part time (15 hours per week), with an opportunity to work more hours during holidays and summers.
This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, and learn more about Montessori education!
About You
- Experience working with children ages 0-6
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits (preferred)
- Valid negative TB test taken within last 12 months (prior to start date with Guidepost)
- Ability to work well with other adults
- Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old
