A successful Program Manager at Fiserv oversees and manages strategic programs, partnering independently with the leadership team to anticipate and solve problems while mitigating risks. They lead various cross-functional programs, including business initiatives, new ventures, client projects, and partnerships, providing problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.

What you will do :

• Lead the planning and execution of assigned programs and key initiatives across FIG Tech teams and Fiserv divisions.
• Define key performance metrics, dashboards, and management reporting to evaluate effectiveness and drive transformational efforts.
• Collaborate with Leaders to establish regular cadences and execute on initiatives, maximizing the Delivery Optimization Model (DOM) to increase overall operational productivity.
• Manage Program Review presentations and updates to the Leadership Team.
