Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing distribution projects within the gas team. Your role will involve developing, documenting, and enforcing procedures for capital budget planning, prioritizing, and reporting. You will also be responsible for reviewing contractor invoices and providing updates to the client's management while ensuring integration between service sectors and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with distribution projects on the gas team.
• Develop, document, and enforce procedures for capital budget planning, prioritizing, and reporting.
• Review invoices received from contractors before forwarding to management.
• Follow up with contractors for any questions or clarifications regarding their invoices.
• Provide updates to management and maintain integration between service sectors and disciplines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.66 - $38.46 / hr.
