Water & Fire Project Manager Estimator

In this position, you will be making a difference in people's lives each and every day. Helping our customers through the challenging process of water and fire damage cleanup is what a Project Manager does from start to finish. We have a sincere drive toward the goal of making fire and water damage "Like it never even happened"! Our Franchise is seeking a person who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and is a serious multi-tasker. If you are self-motivated and have superb interpersonal skills, then you will thrive in this work environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide priority response to potential customers
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
- Educate customers on the remediation process
- Obtain site photos, create an accurate sketch of all affected areas, and create an initial estimate and scope of work for all projects
- Analyze labor, equipment, and time requirements for each project
- Recognize project constraints
- Deliver a consistent and well-defined estimate using estimating platform
- Conduct site visits as needed throughout project life
Education and Experience Requirements
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Normal schedule is 8.5-hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm. Due to the emergency response nature of the business, this position frequently requires evening work, rotational on-call requirements, weekend work, and long hours beyond the normal schedule. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Compensation : $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
